Good hiring doesn’t happen by accident.
That’s what I’ve learned over a decade solving complex hiring challenges in fast-growth tech businesses, where the stakes around hiring are high and the margin for error is low. I’ve led hiring functions, built teams from scratch, and advised founders and people leaders responsible for getting it right.
I started Mosaic because I wanted to do this work at a scale where quality is actually possible. That means a small number of clients at a time, and senior delivery on everything.

I grew up across Riyadh, Colombo, and Toronto before moving to Melbourne in 2011. Moving around so much gave me an international perspective, and shaped my thinking about navigating uncertainty without a guaranteed outcome. I draw on that in both directions — with businesses building teams, and with individuals figuring out what’s next. It’s a duality that’s baked into everything we do at Mosaic.
Early runs, good food, 90s alternative.
Life outside work involves early morning runs with our dog Kita, good food with good people, and listening to 90s alternative music at a volume my family tolerates. I have a weakness for baking things nobody asked for, and a household toum supply that my family has learned not to question.
There’s also a half-finished painting in the corner of the room that I’ll get back to eventually.
