Candidate advocacy is a different approach: someone with strong relationships and direct market access, running a specialised search on your behalf.
What we offer
We start by building your positioning: resume, LinkedIn, and a clear articulation of what you bring and where you’re headed. Then we run the search. We identify the right opportunities, write targeted applications, and make direct introductions to hiring managers in our network.
Because we don’t charge employers a placement fee, those conversations happen differently. You’re a fee-free introduction from someone they know and trust, which means doors open faster and more openly than a cold application ever would.
How it works

Discovery call. We talk through your situation, what you’re looking for, and what’s been getting in the way. I’ll give you an honest read on whether and how I can help.

Intake & Materials. A deeper conversation about your career, what you want next, and what’s getting in the way. We also review and iterate your positioning documents until we’re both aligned.

Search and execution. I present a clear strategy and an outline of target roles and companies. I begin the search with your approval, and provide progress updates.

Hiring manager connect. I reach out to hiring managers in my network and set up introductions.

Interview and offer support. Preparation and real-time support as you progress through opportunities.

Close. You accept the right offer. We debrief on your experience and set up a 3 month check in to see how you’re settling in.
Pricing
Candidate advocacy is a fee-based service, paid by the individual. Investment reflects the depth of access, the time involved, and the results-focused nature of the engagement. Pricing and payment plans are discussed during the application process.
Is this right for you?
