We start with direction: what you want, and what the market will realistically bear. It’s often where people realise their instincts were right but their targeting was off.

Intake session. A deeper conversation about your career, what you want next, and what’s getting in the way. This shapes everything that follows.

Materials. We review your resume, LinkedIn profile, and positioning documents. I make suggestions and we iterate until we have something that we’re both happy with.

Job search strategy. You get a clear plan: target roles, target companies, the right channels, and how to approach your network. No vague advice.

You go to market. You run the search using your strategy and materials. I’m available throughout your support period for questions, gut checks, and feedback.

Close. We debrief on your experience, and make sure you know how to do this again on your own terms next time.
