For you
We can handle the operational side so you can focus on your people: scripts, talking points and manager briefings to communicate with care, advice on structuring outplacement within the severance package, and progress reporting for each person. For larger cohorts, an optional group session gives an honest read of the market.
How it works

Initial consultation. You brief me on the redundancy event: number of employees, seniority levels, timeline, and sensitivities. We agree on the right package for each person.

Employee introduction. You introduce affected employees to me, ideally on or shortly after the notification day.

Onboarding call. I reach out to each person within 24 hours, explain what they have access to, and book their first session at a time that works for them.

1:1 delivery. Sessions are run via video call or in person across Melbourne CBD and surrounds. Each person works at their own pace, with direct access to me.

Completion summary. At the close of each engagement, you receive a brief report confirming participation and outcomes.
